I won’t cheat organization is good because there is a lot of people in this world that all they do is cheat.Whether it’s in school or in any other place like for example in a sport  if you take steroids you're cheating on the sport not only that you're cheating yourself and it’s not good for you to cheat. Cheating is never the answer to your problems you either have to work hard and get better at it or if it’s in school you're affecting yourself in many ways because that’s all you're going to know how to do you won’t be able to do stuff on your own and you won’t learn anything and when you go to college it will be all so hard for yourself to do any of the work because you'd be so used to cheating / coping. If you copy you are a ctw person and it shows what type of character you are. What matters most is character so if you never cheat it will show that you have a great character and that you are not up to that because that’s not something you are suppose to do. Always choose the right and don’t cheat because that won’t get you anywhere in life and you could get arrested for cheating and then lying to the FDI if it’s something that serious. Like the lady that was in track n field they would ask her if she took steroids and she denied it to them until one day she couldn’t hold it in she admitted to them that she had been taking it for a while but they investigated her more than 10 times and didn't find anything but it was her guilt that made her speak and say the truth cheating is never the right option choose the right and study if it’s for a test you are trying to cheat on! Say no to yourself and study or for any assignment you don’t understand it ask the teacher a day before it’s due or when she gives it to you and tells you that it’s homework and you're confused tell her or him that you need help.

Psychiatrist

Duties and Responsibilities: Their responsibilities are to analyze and evaluate the patient's data also test or examination in order to find the diagnose nature of extent of the mental disorder. They also have to prescribe, direct and administer the psychotherapeutic, treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. They collaborate with the physicians psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss the treatment plans and progress. Gather and maintain patient information and the records including social and medical history obtained from patients, relatives, and other professionals. The counsel out patients and other patients during office visits. They have to design individualized care plans, using a variety of treatments

Salary: $184,265

Education: Becoming a psychiatrist requires many years of schooling, especially at the graduate level. Individuals must first attend an undergraduate program, where they may choose to major in psychology or a related subject according to the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics, the minimum requirement for medical school is three years of undergraduate study, although more medical students have earned a bachelor's degree. The students must next complete a medical school which lasts like four years The first two years are the preclinical years that cover major systems of the body and diseases and introduce students to the practice of medicine. The two final years known as the clinical years, place students in healthcare facilities performing clinical rotations under the supervision of licensed medical professional. The psychiatry is a required rotation.

Reflection:

I’m interested in the medical field but not as a psychiatrist i'm interested in being a doctor making doing surgeries or other things i like looking at x rays i like everything that has to do with that but i’m not quite sure what i would like to be yet but this is certainly not what i'm looking forward to be it seems interesting but not that much. I also am interested in being an architect.

Dale Murphy is right because having character sometimes gets you to the places you wanna be because of your character. If you cheat like that one baseball team it won’t get you anywhere it will just get you disqualified and then after years passing they won’t be able to trust the coach or the people that were included in this “cheating” that the team did is very disgusting and ugly to cheat and do something like that because you're leaving your name , records dirty, that they won’t be able to trust you because you've cheated before you ruin your reputation. Unlike Dale Murphy he was a guy with great character and their team was great and they earned their trophies well earned and not by cheating and then after getting caught. You can’t lie or do something because sooner or later the truth will come out no matter what.Dale is a great example of having great character as how his quote says it's what matters the most. because if you aren't a person with a very good character then i don't think you could get really far in life always choose the right think twice before doing anything that you know is wrong or will cause something bad to happen.

Spring Break

Spring Break

My spring break started off on Friday we came out early so my friends and I decided to go out and eat and then after that go watch the Powder Puff game. I didn’t participate but I was really looking forward to it. But I wasn’t able to do it because I needed my physical and my doctor is all the way in Long Beach and my parents weren’t able to take me because of their work.So that was that. On the weekend i went to my first concert ever it was amazing I got to see some artist that i really enjoy listening to their music also i got to see them with my cousins i was the youngest one there. It was a really great night but i was sad because three of the bands that were suppose to be there couldn’t make it and they would have been better than the three “surprises” they had for us. It was really fun though. My plans for spring break were cancelled because my sister doesn’t have the same vacations as me so she barely started her spring break on Wednesday and enters on the 4th. We were planning to go visit my grandpa’s grave and my grandma at the ranch with the rest of the family but it didn’t end up happening. I didn’t really do much because my cousins were still not off break and my friends live in hp and i live in bell gardens so it’s kind of difficult if they would let me use the car my life would be so much easier. But we went out on Wednesday we went to Santa Monica Beach , we usually go to Venice beach but we wanted to try something new together so we went to Santa Monica instead which wasn’t that fun. We all agreed that Venice was better. Friday we went out because it was my sister's birthday we went to Golf n Stuff. I love going there because of the Little Andy’s racing cars. That’s pretty much it. Saturday we went to buy my sister her birthday gift which was a Chivas sweater with our last name printed on the back and i really want one too because it’s so nice. My last day of spring break i spent it sleeping because i was feeling sick that’s how i ended my spring break. But the spring break went by SUPER FAST. It didn’t even feel like we had a break.

I am very happy because so far i have good grades except for Spanish I just checked my grade and it went down to a D because of some assignment she told another student and myself that we could turn it in on friday but she put missing and i feel like she does it on purpose like she doesn't want me to get a good grade in her class. I'm hoping i pass that class with an A. Because i really enjoy the class just not the fact that the teacher just tries so hard to put my grade down for any little mistake. it frustrates me, I'm hoping that she doesn't put the D in my report card because i had a C before she even inputted the grade for that specific assignment. Also i'm very annoyed because there is student led conference i don't think it should be mandatory i think parent conference should be mandatory because student led our parents are just hearing us like we could tell them how well or bad we're doing in school at home they don't need to schedule it for us. Mine is until 4:45 and it's super late well for my dad because he has to go work. Another thing going through my head is that i really want to join the volleyball team again i'm hoping i do because i love playing sports and i can't be just going straight home without anything to do.

This quote is well said because if you care about yourself and your body system you won't go around with "friends" doing ad things such as smoking, and drinking. It's better to be alone than in bad company is so true because if there bad company then why hang out with them all the wanna be doing is bad stuff. You can do better and find better friends or you could be alone it doesn't matter because it's not a lot about just having friends it's about choosing the right and being successful in life and not go through the easy ways or go through the wrong path because of someone that was your"friend." Always choose the right , the right people the right thing to do don't let anyone tell you that you need to smoke with them or drink with them you have to be able to be strong and tell that person that you will not tolerate the fact that they have to smoke in-front of you or drink. I think you can be friends with someone like that as long as you don't get involve and that's not being done in-front of you. Because you are the one that is suppose to say no. Avoid the bad influences.

In order to be successful they should have skills and knowledge from both. 

Salary:$90,000 some earn more like about $100,000

Education; If you want to become a nursing home administrator you must have a four year bachelor's degree and you need to pass the state licensing examination. You need a 4 year bachelors degree in a field like health services administration, the public administration or ling term care administration is a standard for the nursing home administrator. The common courses in the programs include work in nursing home administrative practices aging, and the long term care, the gerontology and aging and the health behavior. After completing a state approved program most states also require the nursing home.

Reflection:

I think being a nursing home administrator wouldn't be bad, but I have no interest in being a nursing home administrator. People are most likely to do this because they wanna know how you are suppose to take care of a elder person and they don['t specifically enjoy it but they are there to help they have a heart they have no ocd or they don't get discussed when they see or do something they win good amount of money but do they really deserve the money they get. Yes i think so because they are risking themselves. Working at a nursing home isn't just something you can get easy you have to have a four year bachelors degree in order to become a nursing home administrator.

I agree with Victor Hugo because if you say something to someone and it's only like 90% true and 10% not true then it's not entirely full you're telling a lie. Doing something right is like what Rachel Castillo did she found a bag of money and she saw an I.D and she returned it back with what it had in it she didn't take half of it and gave them back the other half she gave them back EVERYTHING. She chose the right by not taking any of the money and by returning it back to the owner. Because a lot of people would have just token off with it.Being right is always good for yourself for your awareness because you won't stop feeling guilty that's all you will think about even though you try to forget it will still come out. Being right is good for yourself and others because if they find out you are telling a lie they won't ever trust you again unless they give you a second chance or just give up on you knowing you won't change and that's that you will be doing telling lies.
