Class Evaluation

1. What i liked about this class is that we got to express our thoughts in our student success statements also the life planning I got a chance to write out the goals i have and things i want to achieve later on in life. I also liked that we had some free time.
2. I didn't like that when someone would misbehave the whole class would get punished it was better how he use to do it before when only the student that was interrupting the class would get punished or sent to the back. 
3. I don't think there's anything that has to be improved because he is very organized and he expresses everything correctly and clearly. 
4. A highlight for me in this class was the excel i really like working with it and i really like learning new things and that's something that really caught my attention of how you can create all these charts and all the amazing things you can do in it. 
5. Did i really do my best i feel like i could have given more but i was absent several times but the times that i was here i would always put all my effort into my work and i was enthusiastic most of the time when it would come to doing my classwork and reading my life planning goals at home. 
6. My life planning goals is something really important because on there i have most of the goals i want to achieve some are for the future and some are for right now i tend to only accomplish some but it makes me want to be more successful like i want to try harder because i know i can accomplish all of them if i want to i just have to work hard and actually try my best.
7. I'm committed to being a CTR person, because i make good choices not only in school but in my personal life ive gone through a lot and i've gone through really bad things like where i have friends that choose the wrong but i push those people away and i talk to them and if they don't listen then i tend to let go and say it's for my own good also at home i'm a very great daughter i choose the right i respect my parents and i do as i'm told. 
8. Something i learned was that if you don't choose the right and you make the wrong mistakes it will continue and it won't get them anywhere in life. But if you choose the right you will succeed and great things will happen and you will go far in life like mr. Haymore said

If you choose the right then you will go far in life, what haymore means by this is that he’s saying that if you always choose the right then you will succeed in life you will go far. Like if you make good choices all your life then it will lead you to great things because you’re obviously choosing the right. If you choose the right you should be expecting great things to happen in your life because you really deserve it. For example if you choose to do all your homework, study for all your tests , not procrastinating then you will do great in school. It also has to do with life choices if you want to mess up your life and choose the wrong for example your with a group of friends and you guys are just hanging out and all of a sudden someone says “let’s smoke, let’s have some fun stop being boring stop being miserable it will feel good trust me.” if you go along with it you will affect yourself and many other things it’s sad to think that there’s people out there that choose the wrong and think it’s only going to affect them it’s not you're affecting others if you choose the wrong not only your family but yourself. You have to also get rid of those friends that are trying to make you choose the wrong. The correct thing to do is leave right at the moment or just tell them no and if they keep bugging you just leave. Also if you continue to be there friend just tell them like if they want to still be friends they need to stop doing what they’re doing because it’s bad for them and because you’re their friend and you don’t want them to choose the wrong. Choosing the wrong in the real world won’t take you anywhere but jail or getting ignored by other people like when you want to get accepted somewhere or you want to be a part of some school or something they won’t feel sorry for you they will just tell you no they won’t care what your excuse is they will not accept anything. So try your best to not choose the wrong and always choose the right so you can get far in life. Because that’s all your family wants for you to get far in life.

Benjamin & Melissa

Benjamin is a blessing to Melissa because he saved her from being in debt with the school or with the becoming a nurse. This is something anyone wishes to get the girl Melissa got lucky that he offered that it’s like the best thing anyone can do for you because you are so caught up in bills and owing money in school and not being able to become something you want to become because you don’t have the money you need. Also she has a beautiful character and that’s why the old man Benjamin decided to help her out because it was for a good cause and not for something dumb and irrelevant or something that is bad. She would talk to him so nicely and also to other customers and they would have conversations and one day he decided that he wanted to help out and he gave her a “big tip.” Also he’s known as the giver or something like that because he gives out money because he use to earn a lot of money and it’s crazy how someone you don’t know can pay your bill for school it’s something very nice to do. It takes a lot for someone to say oh i’m going to help this person out it’s something not everyone would think about but this guy has a heart and so does the girl and that is the reason for the bill because she had a beautiful character.

your those people that tend to get somewhere

Current Health-Related

A current health related issue is cancer it’s something that is going on a lot right now.

This event is something that can cause a lot of pain and damage to your body no matter where you get it it’s most likely to make someone suffer. There is “home remedies” that they say that will help out and there’s a chance for you to get rid of it. This sometimes works better than someone having surgery. Some doctors decide to give the family a choice to let the person get “cured” with medicines or to stay the way they are with what they are going through or you can have surgery but they don’t recommend it for old people because they say it’s too risky. Also cancer is not a single disease. They say that scientist have found the cure to it but that they don’t pay attention to them. They say it’s meant to kill cancer cells any type of cells and that they will leave the healthy ones. This disease can be caused by anything and it sucks because you can get lung cancer but what if you aren’t doing bad things like smoking and you end up with lung cancer because of what you are breathing into your system.

Reflection: This Health related issue relates to me a lot because four of my family members have had this disease two passed away and one survived it. It’s something very hurtful because you wouldn’t want anyone to go through this it’s the saddest thing ever and it sucks so much. I really wish that this disease didn’t exist because it has ruined a lot of lives it has killed a lot of people who deserve to live. It’s something that really hurts me to hear for someone to say “ they have cancer” it sucks. I have a family member right now fighting breast cancer and we hope she recovers from it and it goes away because she’s a very great aunt , a great mom. It sucks that things tend to happen without you realizing what you did wrong in order to get that disease.

It’s better to fail with honor than

Malik is a very kind and he has a heart

type of person because if it was somebody

What Sophocles is saying is true it’s better to fail a test because you didn't study than to cheat and get a perfect score. Because you won’t learn from it . You’ll learn bad habits and it won’t help you out in life. You’ll learn that it’s okay to cheat which it’s not okay because if you do that all your life it won’t work out because you’ll get caught or you just won’t be able to cheat because in life if you cheat you’ll get sent to jail that’s how it is out in the real world. You might think oh i’ll get over it they won’t catch me cheating that's something false teachers always find out. Like i have a teacher she found out students were cheating and she punished them in the way of not giving the students multiple choice questions.the students had to write that the answer was it wasn’t a let me guess and hopefully i get a perfect score anymore it’s a you better do your work and read right so that you can get a perfect score. It just depends on yourself if you want to feel the guilt of cheating and getting an A yes i understand that sometimes that’s your only solution but it’s choosing the wrong don’t do it and you’ll be very successful if you do your things the way your suppose to be .

Memorial Day Weekend

My memorial day weekend was great i went to Las Vegas. We spent the whole weekend over there. It was so much fun I have family over there and i have a lot it’s mostly my mom’s family though and just one family member of my dad's side. My mom’s sisters and brothers are over there and my aunt’s daughters kids so it’s a lot of family over there. And from my dad’s side of the family it’s only one aunt and uncle. It was really fun wednesday we were at a waterpark and the little kids got wet and there was a lot of places where you can play like a playground and they had like these really cool slides. We ate carne asada and it was so much fun. Then at night my cousins and i went out. Then Sunday we went to church around 2 because everyone was sleepy and tired from the day before then after church they took us home and said that they wanted to go roller skating so we went it was pretty fun my sister got to meet mayweather after we left they had stayed and mayweather got there and she took a picture with him. My cousin and i left because we wanted to watch the soccer game Monterrey vs Pachuca and Pachuca won. Then after the game we went to go buy ice cream well frozen yogurt it was so good. Then we went to my other cousins house to talk about life and stuff that we’ve gone through then we ended up going home. Monday the last day of the weekend they wanted to go to the stores but nobody with license was there but i was there and i know how to drive so then we went and my mom, sister, aunt, cousins went it was a great experience driving them around because i’ve never really gone out driving without having someone with their license so i was excited because they trusted me it was great. We went to go buy clothes for my uncle becuase it was his birthday then we went to buy toys for the kids then we went to go buy supplies for my sister because she had to do some project we left vegas like around 8pm and got home at 3am.

Dan Dierdorf

Dan Dierdorf is trying to say that if you choose the right and if you pursue your goals and you keep trying you won’t have to suffer. It will never fall into line like he says. Like if you choose good things and if you choose the right and you are never choosing the wrong no matter what no matter if someone tells you or forces you to choose the wrong don’t let them get to you you know what’s right and what’s wrong. He is practically saying if you choose the wrong then bad things will happen to you and if you choose the right then you won’t have to worry about bad things happening to you it will happen in some cases where bad things happen to you but it’s just temporary it won’t continue happening as long as you try your best and ignore the bad things that occur to you and you keep trying to make things right then it will happen you won’t have to worry about it.He did great things and he got them in return and it helped me out a lot he was someone very successful in the nfl team. He was very successful in football and he choose the right.

Wellness Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities: The main duties of a wellness specialist are to educate the public on how to improve their daily choices, prevent illness or access local resources. The method should be customized to the audience. For example, a wellness specialist working for a company may hold a seminar and make break room posters on preventative care, ergonomic seating, and the importance of exercise to productivity and motivation. You also have to work under limited supervision so they have to like watch you for a certain amount of time and some of the resources from other work units often required to perform the job’s functions There is a continual opportunity to have some impact on the organization's services. You have to promote a health and wellness program within a corporate environment.Serve as a health resource for employers. Providing confidential advice and counseling.

Education: Each of the employer mandates different educational requirements, but many require at least a bachelor’s degree in health education or a related degree field the community health or the health and human services. Reflection:

I find somewhat interesting but it’s not something i would like to go through or something i would like to study because i’m interested in the medical field and it doesn’t catch my attention to be this. But it catches my attention because i like helping people out i like being a big help to my community or to anyone that seeks for help we should be able to help anyone we see or speak to.

The most important thing you will ever have and that you must have is good values.Having good values is something very important to have because without it you would be someone very bad because you need great values in life why wouldn’t you had great values in life and they’ll make you great people. It’s like that has to be your life wanting to be a great person with great values. You have to be kind, respectful, listen when they are speaking to you or your in a classroom and your teacher is speaking listen, follow the rules no matter what, pay attention in class, respect your elders, giving effort, enthusiasm, love, god, family, i can name much more but that’s all i can think of right now and that’s how it is if you aren’t a great person than you must have no good values and that’s how it goes. But that’s how life is an example of having good values would be being a good teacher trying your best in school listen to your teacher , family, love , god , friends. It’s the big things that everyone seems to have but in order to have good values you need to be a good person because why would it matter if i was a good person without good values being a good person wouldn’t work. That’s just the way life is. The man Dennis Prager is correct with his quote it inspires me a lot and i thank god that there’s people trying to help teenagers and other people with their quotes and trying to help them figure out things about life and lifestyles as well.

Veterinarian

Duties and responsibilities: The Veterinarian  do vaccines do health check-ups,they clean teeth they fix broken bones and they treat the skin's infections and perform surgeries.Another aspect of a veterinarian's career may involve inspecting the living spaces of animals on farms or ranches to ensure farms or ranches to ensure that they are free from possible sources of infection. Some veterinarians specialize in a particular disease or condition and may be consulted only in special cases. Veterinarians have to give lethal injections to animals when they become old or terminally ill. Vets who own their own businesses may have to perform administrative duties, supervise veterinary techs and manage other staff members. The types of veterinarians work in offices and clinics where small animals are brought or wildlife parks.With a big animal practice is an area of the veterinary medicine involves bigger animals like the horses. The large animal veterinarian make care for entire herds or single animals and treat a variety of diseases and conditions. Because of the obstacles involved with transportation many veterinarians are very helpful they have to travel to wherever the animal is at like if they're in a ranch he or she have to go there.

Reflection: I would enjoy this job because i really like animals the only animal that i don’t like is the cats they are scary i feel like they will come and try to attack you for no apparent reason but then again when they are little kittens they are so cute and adorable but once they grow up they are ugly. But it its a really interesting job to do if you like pets but im not really interested in working in this i prefer something in the medical field or i’m not sure yet but this is probably not even on my list or in my mind like thinking about becoming that doesn’t come in mind. Because it’s very rare for me and it would make me cry if i had to inject dogs it’s so scary.

I think what Dr. Laura is trying to say that if you choose to do the right thing then you will feel good yourself if you choose the right it doesn’t affect anyone else but you also if you choose the wrong it won’t affect anyone but you. It’s just something you need to do in order to feel good about yourself. That’s what mostly everything in this life is about if you do something good it will affect you and some of your family members around you and if you choose the right it will make you feel good about yourself. It will make you feel good about yourself and you will be trusted if like somebody left something like a phone on a desk and you're the only one that was there with them and they come back asking for it and you say oh yeah you left it here then they will be like thanks and they will trust you and you will feel good about it and if they came back and you said no nothing was here when you left and they know for a fact that it was left behind there they won’t trust you at all and you will feel guilty about it and you will not stop thinking about it.Or like if they find out you were lying and that you have the phone they won’t trust you at all like your trust won’t mean anything to them. The janitor was a really nice guy who decided to choose the right and return the ipad with the money if it was someone else they would have taken it and they wouldn’t admit it was them. It sucks but reality is reality a lot of people wouldn’t have returned this iPad and with all that money. Sometimes people call it luck when you find something and it’s like Jesus wanted me to have this because im in need of money and it’s true but others would have been like the janitor who returned it to the owner and he didn’t hesitate he gave it back to him right away. His price was only $60 which isn’t kind of fair because he just saved his life by giving him back his ipad and all the money he had in it.

Education: In order to be a sports medicine or athlete training is a common educational requirement for a career in sports medicine therapy. Sports medicine therapists must be licensed as physical therapists in the state where they intend to practice. Reflection: I would really enjoy this career but then at the sometime i feel like i wouldn't because i'm really into sports and i like doing extracurricular activities on my free time it helps me forget about all my stress and problems i have. It’s also a very interesting career because you're dealing with patients that play sports and it’s pretty interesting like what if you meet someone famous because they recommend you to someone and they go to you. This is a really good and interesting job if you like working with students and you like to play sports.

Phillip Rigg’s tips are very interesting and outstanding because they are true if you want to succeed in life then you need to do each of these tips that Phillip says, but sometimes it doesn’t always work out you have to try hard enough to achieve your goals and make it happen. Like if you want to be a lawyer do it because you’re interested in the subject not because of the amount of money that you will be getting because if you do it for the money you will be miserable you won’t be able to enjoy your work because it’s not what you enjoy doing your there just for the money. Also if you want to be a doctor or architect do it because you want to not for the money you will be miserable and not enjoy life or your job you are studying to enjoy and work in whatever you want to work not so that you could be miserable and not enjoy your job. In order to achieve your goals you have to work hard very hard because in life there’s a lot of competition and if there’s more than one person trying to be the same thing as you you have to be more competitive. Also if you are good to others you’ll get good things in life. But sometimes that doesn’t always happen because i've gone through that like i'm a very nice person i do good to everyone and not once have i gone through something good the only good thing in my life is my family and my friends pretty much it the rest is just not working out for me.

 World Record #2: Oldest Gymnast she’s 86 years old her name is Johanna Quaa. She set the new world record for the Oldest Gymnast.She is very flexible it’s very amazing how an 8 year old can do gymnastics at such an old age.

World Record #3: The oldest Yoga teacher was an active yoga instructor at the incredible age of 91 it’s something really crazy to believe at the time of her certification presentation, she had been teaching the exercise for 51 years The current record for the oldest registered yoga teacher ever is held by Id Herbert. She was an active instructor at the age of 95. She says her secret to long life is avoiding junk food, gardening, a glass of sherry after lunch and flirting.

Reflection: Something i would like to get a world record is for being the fastest skydiver like Felix but be the first girl to do it. Also something i would like to get a world record is being the best soccer player scoring the most goals being the fastest soccer player. Also being the best volleyball players getting the most spikes out of everyone in the whole world because i’m hoping no one else tries to do this it’s something you can say easy but at the same time it’s not because people always tend to mess up in there serving so i want to be able to get them perfect and strongly for them to fail and mess up their own play.

The indian was going up the mountain and found himself with a snake and the snake told him that if he could take him down the mountain because he was cold and he was starving and the indian told him no that he was crazy that he knew their sneaky little trick if he picked up the snake he would bite him and the snake said no that he wouldn’t bite him if he took him down to the valley he would be special to him and he wouldn’t do any harm to him. So he convinced the Indian, the indian didn’t think it through he believed in the snake’s words. He took the snake down to the valley and as soon as he let it go the snake bit his leg. The indian screamed at him telling him that he promised he wouldn’t bite him and he did do it. The snake told him you knew what i was when you picked me up. The guy didn’t think it through he just wanted to be helpful but he made a bad decision because the snake bit him and snakes can go down by themselves so he didn’t really pay attention to it. What i learned from this is to not trust anyone even though they promise some people will break promises and they won’t care about what just happened. There is a lot of snakes in this world and what i mean by this is people that are dishonest or you can’t trust them. Some other snakes like real snakes are anaconda, mamba,king cobra and many more snakes. I would never ever listen to a snake if they ever told me to pick them up which will never happen but if it were to happen i would never do it because it’s common sense don’t get near or pick up a snake out in the wild you don’t know what they are capable of.

This quote by Theodore Roosevelt means a lot like it has a lot to it. Because if you have decisions to make in a bad situation you have to think twice before you act because sometimes our actions are bad and we have to think before you act. Because it can affect you a lot. Your choices have to be good since the beginning you have to have good choices in life so that you can continue that when you're older and you have to make decisions for yourself it’s going to be very hard for you if you don’t start as a teenager because if you lead on to bad decisions bad life then that’s how it’s going to be all the time. Because you don’t change unless you really want to change then you have an opportunity to change your lifestyle your way of making decisions in life and it will help you out a lot and you are most likely to be successful if you make great decisions. You always have to choose the right not matter in what position you are make good decisions, and if somebody is telling you to not do what you’re deciding to do then don’t listen to them because your decisions are not going to affect them they’re going to affect you. Not them you. And then you’ll tell them that it’s because of them and they will back up and say to not blame them for your dumb mistakes when it was them who told you to make those decisions so choose and make your own good decisions.

Karl gives a very deep and good quote aboutthe word honor he defines it very

well and gives great examples. The

word of another tells you a lot of things

including the place behind a person that has

been in prison walls. They know exactly

what they've gone through and they know

now what honor is. Karl is saying that he

will forever be honored because he says

if he steps out of the circle he would prefer

dying then that happening to him becaus

e he feels like he should always be

in that circle no matter what like if it was his life. Things

happen and you lose your honor but you

have to be positive and try to become

honorable again because if he’s not

positive about trying to be honorable

again then it won’t happen. You have

to try your best to become honorable

it’s a very good thing to feel when you are

honorable. Choose the right and neve

r get out of the circle because it’s dangerous.
