Chapman is saying that if you aren’t great then you aren’t good because if you aren’t a good person than you won’t be great. It takes time being a great person and being a great person could take you to a lot of places no as in actually going to a place but achieving your goals in life.Also it helps you out a lot in the real world you can get a job because of how good , and great of person you are. Like if you were to be competing against someone for a job and that person doesn’t seem to be a great/ good person than they’re most likely to choose you to do the job. Being good brings you greatness into your life. So just be good and greatness will come to. You're greatness waiting to happen like mr. c says. Like Haymore he always chooses the right and he’s a good person so i’m assuming he has a great life and he receives greatness in his life / family.
